Let us be on our guard against selfish ambition, envy and covetousness or foolish and harmful desires which can plunge us into ruin and destruction and a lack of peace in our life.   No matter who we are and what we do, it is important that we make money honestly and live in harmony with God and our fellowmen. Let us be aware of the temptation to make money to the exclusion of God and of others. We are not to make money to become rich but to have the means of benefiting others.
